Pescairuña S.L. serves the catering trade from its 1,000-m2 facility on the Polígono de los Agustinos industrial estate and has a stall at the Mercairuña fish market (No. 11) to supply fishmongers.

Our facilities, which fully comply with European health regulations, have the technology and resources needed to process and preserve seafood in optimum conditions.

The equipment and technology at the company’s facilities guarantee the traceability of our products and the control of critical points (APPCC), identifying and recording each reference from origin to the end of the sales process.

Pescairuña S.L. has a cold storage room with capacity for 200 tonnes, shellfish live wells and a large fleet of vehicles which ensure that the cold chain is never broken.

As a member company of the National Centre of Food Technology and Safety (CNTA), Pescairuña S.L. is permanently advised on matters concerning quality, innovation, etc.
